Regular Weekday Activities
There are numerous different activities you can enjoy as a member of the Phoenix Social Club. The Club runs many of it's own activities and also hosts groups as varied as Scottish Country Dancing (P3A St Andrew Group), Line Dancing and Bridge. Details of all the weekly activities you can enjoy with us are seen below; details of monthly or 'one off' events can be seen on the 'What's On' page. See Our Calendar for daily details.
Non-members pay a €2 fee for a week's temporary membership at any point - this will allow them to continue attending the club for a week before renewing their temporary membership.
Monday
Two regular activities take place today. You don't need to book for either of them.
You can just turn up for Scottish Country Dancing from 2-4pm
or for Whist & Games later on at 6pm.
The kitchen isn't open on Mondays, but the bar opens in the evening so you can have a drink while you chat and win your game!

Tuesday
Bridge starts the day off at 9.30 a.m. then the Arts & Crafts Group does their thing between 2 pm to 4 pm, finally, feel free to join the St Andrew Group social & dance night - the bar is open and you can dance with the regulars or just settle down with your drink & enjoy the atmosphere from 6-8 pm
